Registration fee is $45.00 per family – due
at the time of registration

Please be prompt and prepared! Tardiness disrupts
the class.
Please notify the studio if a student will be absent
from class. Solos, Duos and Trios must give
4-hour cancellation notice.
Dancers
are encouraged to “make-up” any missed lesson within 6-weeks.
There are no refunds for missed
lessons.
Payments
for the month are due at the first lesson of each month.
All lessons must be paid
regardless of holidays, school vacations, sick days, or missed lessons.

Cash
and checks are accepted. Checks must be made payable to Tina LaFlam. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
Students 2 to 7 years old:
Creative Movement: 2 & 3 yr. olds
Kinderdance:
4 & 5 yr.
olds
Primary Dance: 6
& 7 yr. olds
Dance activities involve dancing to Nursery rhymes
and music for pre-ballet, stretching, tumbling, singing and tap. Primary dance includes the above plus
introduction to jazz movement.

Kinderdance $ 12.00 1 hour class
Primary Dance $

Students 8 years old and up:
Classes
are offered in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatic, Ballroom, and Hip-Hop.
Half-hour class $ 8.00
One hour class $ 12.00
Half-hour solo $ 30.00
One hour solo $ 60.00
Half-hour duo $ 15.00
Half-hour trio $ 12.00
Proper
attire for class is required. Hair must
be pulled back off the face for all classes and in a bun for ballet
classes. Please no dangling jewelry. Sneakers are not permitted for ballroom
lessons.
2 to 7 years old
Any color leotard and
tights, white tap shoes with buckle and white ballet shoes
8 years old and up
Ballet classes:
Black leotard and pink
tights
Girls:
Any color leotard with beige
tights and dance shoes (please ask at the desk).
Boys:
Students’
T-shirts and tights are included in the costume price.
There are no costume refunds
or cancellations once they are ordered.
All costume payment balances must be paid
in full by March 1, 2008.
The studio will be closed to observe the following
